Welcome to the Austin Revitalization Authority. As our organization has evolved over the past 25 years, we’ve played an integral part in shaping and supporting the East Austin community. From curating art shows featuring BIPOC artists to historic renovations to financial investment in critical infrastructure and redevelopment, ARA has proudly served with Respect, helped to Restore, and bring positive energy to Revitalize our neighborhoods. What began as an effort to renovate the historic East 11th and East 12th streets, has now grown into an incredible community development corporation and resource for the people.
